Are all sales final?

All sales are final. No exchanges. Please double-check the address you enter during the ordering process to avoid any shipping issues.

Feelings Mutual Official LLC items are either on hand or made to order. Therefore, it can take around 1-2 weeks to manufacture items or they're on hand, and ready to ship. Each item(s) is unique and hand-manufactured to perfection.

Processing items typically take 1-2 weeks to prepare for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the inventory and card verification process.

To add on, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control.

How long does shipping take?

Allow 1-3 business days for the item(s) to be processed & shipped. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note the shipping method you choose does not include the processing time.

Can I track my order?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number when their order ships. Once the tracking number has been issued USPS is in possession of the order.

So, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control.
